If FusionTech is ordering hardware or software for you, the the total cost of the goods and any installation service, is payable in advance of us placing any orders with our suppliers.
If a third party is involved in the resolution, FusionTech will discount hours off your total cost where we are not directly working with that supplier, or that supplier is required to undertake their own resolution work first.
Our terms of business are that invoices are due ten days from the date of issue. We may ask for a credit card authorisation hold, prior to any work being carried out. This will subsequently be charged against an invoice, or the hold released once the invoice payment is confirmed in transit.
For all incidents and support requests, billing begins once we have ascertained your issue and have advised you of a resolution pathway. Billing is a per hour.
