Ad-hoc support
Pay as you go

£80 +VAT per hour

  • Perfect for those not wanting to sign up to a contract
  • Experience the same FusionTech customer service promise
  • Remote diagnostics, fixes, consulting and on-site visits are all billed at the same hourly rate, (site visits may incur travel time.)
  • Response time is best endeavours basis but we always call you back the same working day

How we invoice and take payments

As of 1st November 2020, if FusionTech is ordering hardware or software for you, the the total cost of the goods is payable in advance of us placing any orders with our suppliers, along with the cost of any installation services requested. We will raise an official quotation which you must accept by email, at which point will then raise an associated invoice. Once payment of the invoice is confirmed, your order will proceed and we will give you an estimated date for onward delivery or supply.

Other payment and credit terms - Invoices are due 10 days from the date of issue. We may ask for a credit card authorisation hold, prior to any work being carried out. This will subsequently be charged against an invoice, or the hold released once the invoice payment is confirmed as being in transit to our account.
