IT support services staff are classed as "essential" by the UK Government. This allows us to continue supporting our clients during these challenging times because IT is the backbone of keeping business, homes and families connected during lockdown restrictions. We've put some information together below which hopefully answers any questions you may have however, please do not hesitate to ask if you are unsure or require further information.

COVID-19 information

FusionTech not only cares about technology, we care about the health and wellbeing of all our customers. The following applies during the Coronavirus pandemic:
  • FusionTech will always, were reasonably practicable, carry out remote support services in place of client visits.
  • The nature of some of our services, or in order to solve your problem does mean that we may be required to attend your home or business premises.
  • If we need to do so, we will ask you in advance if you have any special requirements or concerns.
We pledge: 
  • We will always answer your questions or concerns.
  • We will wear a face mask.
  • We will maintain social-distance whilst in your property.
  • We will sanitise our hands prior to entry.
  • We will sanitise any IT equipment we come into contact with, once the work has been completed.
  • Our uniform items are laundered after each client visit.
  • Our tools and equipment are regularly cleaned using anti-bacterial products.
If you prefer, we can take your equipment away to undertake diagnostic and repair work and return it to you once the work has been completed.

We can offer contactless collection and delivery of your equipment - just speak to us for more information.

Any equipment that comes into our care this way will be sanitised appropriately before being returned to the customer.

Please note that we may make additional charges for collect and return, depending on your location.

If we are unable to repair your equipment on-site and need to remove it to our offices for further work, the same return-guarantee applies in that we will always sanitise your equipment prior to return.
