What we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
We do not receive indirect data from any source i.e., we do not collect information from marketing databases or equivalents. We use the data we collect :
To keep track of any ticket we may open in respect of your enquiry.
To maintain a database of customers who have purchased hardware or software from FusionTech, so we may honour any warranty or replacement in the future.
To enable us to deliver physical products or visit your property for IT services if requested.
To allow us to generate an invoice.
To allow us to match your invoice payments.
To allow us to collect debt.
To allow us to share marketing information with you by email, where you have consented for us to do so.
What we share
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With our bank in order to process payments you may make.
We do not store any payment data ourselves.
Where a customer chooses to provide payment data to us, we redact this from our systems following payment being made.
If the payment fails, we will still redact this data and ask for it again from you.
In the event of non-payment where we have delivered goods and services to you, we may pass your personal data to a debt collection agency – name, address, contact details and default amount.
If we need to arrange direct delivery from one of our suppliers, we will obtain your consent to share your name and address.
We may also share your phone number for the purposes of allowing you to be sent parcel tracking information from that supplier.
We will always obtain your consent, except in the case of debt collection.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent.
You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
(b) We have a contractual obligation
This means we need to process your personal data in order to provide a quotation, generate an invoice, receive payment and provide you with any ongoing support and/or warranty claim.
How we store
Your information is securely stored on-site and with some third party suppliers.
FusionTech encrypts the information we store about you.
We do not share your personal information for the purposes of marketing or other related activities. Our suppliers do not store your delivery data for the purpose of marketing or other related activities.
We keep your name, address, email address and phone number for 1 year, which is the reasonable expected warranty period for hardware products. We will then dispose your information by deletion from our databases.
If you contact us after 1 year, we will store your information for a further year, unless you tell us you do not wish us to do this.
If we are unable to provide goods or services without storing your personal data, and you do not wish us to store your data, we will advise at the point of your enquiry whether we are able to fulfil your request.
We store some of your information on external systems provided by suppliers for the purpose of creating orders, or logging call tickets. We will also remove that information after 1 year.
